Lanny Gibson

Lanny Eugene Gibson, age 77, of Grand Junction, passed away Friday afternoon, June 15, 2012 at his home under the loving care of his family and Hospice of Holland. The son of Jewel & Elsie May (Montgomery) Gibson, he was born on Feb. 6, 1935 in Elvins, Missouri. Lanny spent most of his working years as a heavy equipment operator with the Operating Engineers Local 324... helping build many of the major civil engineering and public works projects across the state. Survivors include his beloved wife, Beverley June (Morgan) Gibson of Grand Junction; and their son, Michael W. Gibson of Wyoming. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
