Kristofer Jon Hallwachs, age 53, of Jenison, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2011 at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. The son of Richard & Nancy (Hoekstra) Hallwachs, he was born on December 14, 1957 in Grand Rapids and worked for Steelcase. Surviving are children, Mederise Miller, Noella Hallwachs and Alex Hallwachs. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
