Kimberly Voorhees

On October 10, 2015 God called a beautiful angel home, Kimberly Dawn (Rowlee) Voorhees. Kim was a loving wife and mother who always wore a smile on her face. She tried to improve the lives of others around her. She worked as a CENA for over 25 years and cared for everyone as though they were family. She loved the simple things in life and needed no riches. A simple car ride to enjoy the sunset, going fishing, a trip to the casino or watching her grandson Bryse practice/playing football. She was very proud of him and loved the time they were able to spend together. Surviving are her husband of over 28 years, Shawn; four children, Ashley (Matt) Attilio, Amber Voorhees, Kelly Voorhees and Adam (LaTrisha) Voorhees. Kim was a loving and devoted Nana to seventeen grandchildren. Also surviving are her parents, Richard (Debra) Rowlee, of Springport, and Sue (Ken) Rowlison of Hanover; four sisters; five brothers; and many nephews and nieces. She will be forever missed and loved but never forgotten. This is not good bye, it's see you later until we meet again. Please join us in the remembrance of a wonderful woman who has touched so many lives and was taken far too soon. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at the First United Methodist Church of Eaton Rapids, 600 S Main St, Eaton Rapids.
