Kevin Tobias

Kevin R. Tobias, age 62, of White Cloud, passed away after a long battle with cancer on Friday, June 16, 2023. He was born on January 6, 1961, in Grand Rapids, to Duane and Sharon (Leyendecker) Tobias. Kevin married Veronica J. Holmes on April 21, 1987. He enjoyed admiring sunrises, working outside, his animals, traveling down the highway and stopping at various historical and sightseeing locations. Kevin was very likable, had a great sense of humor and people seemed to be drawn to him. Survivors include his wife, Veronica; three children, Ashley (Nicholas) Slocum, Matthew Tobias, Katie (Derrick) Arnold; and step-mother, Frances (Tobias) Bush; grandchildren, Riley Slocum, Macy Slocum, Wyatt Slocum and Whitley Arnold; siblings, Duane Tobias, Candy (Steve) Sobie, Tammy Tobias, Jeff Tobias, Chris (Lisa) Tobias, Rachel (Mike) Dornak, Joel (Julie) Tobias, Craig (Angel) Tobias); and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Terry Tobias. Visitation with the family is from 3-5 p.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at Christiansen's Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 511 S.
