Kathleen I. Smith, age 91, of Wyoming, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2017 at home surrounded by family. The daughter of Charles Edwsin MacDonald & Victoria Regina (Davis) Smith, she was born on January 25, 1926 in St. Clair, Michigan.
