Jylene Y. Moore, age 69, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital.
The daughter of Jacob & Doris Corbett, she was born on July 13, 1946 in Grand Rapids.
Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
