Julie Ann (Johnson) Spencer, age 77, of Spring Lake, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 8, 2020. She was born April 1, 1943, in Owosso, Michigan, to the late Carman and Elizabeth (Goff) Johnson. Julie married Charles W. Spencer on July 17, 1967, in Owosso.
