Judith Coburn

November 17, 1950 — May 19, 2018

Judith (Judy) Grace Coburn, of Bloomingdale, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2018, at home after a fearless battle with cancer surrounded by her family and so much love it permeated the air. She was born to Robert (Bob) Snyder, Sr. and the late Thelma (Jo) Marley on November 17, 1950. Judy was married to the love of her life, Scott Coburn for almost 30 years. Her children and their families, her dad, sisters, brother, many nephews and nieces, and close friends were Judy's love and joy. She spent more than 40 years as a talented artist, brightening the homes and gardens of many. She loved her special days of the week dedicated to her children and grandchildren. For many years, Judy and her husband Scott camped in Northern Michigan, created memories with her family during annual camping trips and never missed a family celebration. Judy, loved being outdoors, working in her gardens and studio, reading and spending time with family and friends. Judy is survived by her devoted husband, Scott A. Coburn, son and his wife, Mikkel and Laurie Neeb; daughter and her husband, Renee and Kevin Stewart, her grandchildren, Cody and Tana Neeb and Samantha and Christopher Stewart. She also leaves behind her dad, Bob Snyder, sister, Susan Snyder, brother and his wife, Robert (Bob) and Denise Snyder and sister and her husband, Mary Jo and Kevin Brown and many treasured nephews and nieces. There are caring relatives and friends too numerous to mention as well. Judy was preceded in death by her mom, Jo. Judy requested a private service with her family, to be followed by a celebration of life with friends and family June 30, 2018, with details provided later. The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for her over the last year including West Michigan Cancer Center and Heartland Hospice.
