Judith Karen Carpenter, age 78, passed away Friday, October 12, 2012 at the Mary & Martha Center-Beacon Hill at Eastgate in Grand Rapids.
Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
Arrangements were entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
