Joseph Rankin

Joseph "Spike" Rankin, age 68, of Stanwood, Michigan passed away Sunday, July 2, 2023. Joseph was born September 18, 1954 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Robert & Josephine (Bashaw) Rankin. Joseph was preceded in death by his beloved wife Meg Rankin. He leaves behind his daughter Renae (Sam) Gavitt, granddaughter Rowan Gavitt, siblings Mike (Linda), James (Dori) and Tom (Kim) Rankin. Joe had a full life filled with family and close friendships. He lived life to the fullest and always had a great story to tell. He loved nothing more than spending time at his house on the river with his family and friends. Celebration of Life to be held at Townsend Park Enclosed Shelter House July 30, 2023 from 2:00-4:00pm.
