Joseph Michael (Hand) Palmer, age 21, of Cedar Springs, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at his home. He is survived by his daughters, Mackenzie Marie Hand-Ashley, and Nova Rose Hand; Parents, Diane Dibble & Kenneth Lawrence Hand; brother, Robert Dibble; Grandparents, Darlene & Donald Zemaitis, and Susan & Leroy Dibble; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. A memorial luncheon will be held at the American Legion Post 287 in Cedar Springs, MI on Friday, April 6th at 12:00 noon.
