Jose Manuel Garcia Rivas, age 31, of Walker, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 4, 2022. He was born April 24, 1991, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to Jose Manuel Garcia Frias and the late Rafaelina Rivas de Garcia. Jose is survived by his father, Jose, three sisters, and their families. Cremation has taken place and no public services will be held at this time.
