Jolene Ann Dahlstrom, age 79, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2022. She was born March 04, 1943, in Winfield, Kansas, to the late Joseph & Marianne (Chandler) Dahlstrom. She is survived by her siblings Sandra Rowland and Mark Chandler. Cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held at this time.
