John Floyd LeVan, 68, passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at home under the care of Grace Hospice.
The son of Floyd & Marjorie (Tevis) LeVan, he was born October 31, 1949 in Kenton, Ohio.
John was a proud veteran of the United States Army.
