Joel Laux

Joel F. Laux, age 73, of Galesberg, passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Trillium Woods surrounded by family. The son of Donald & Bernice (Wynn) Laux, he was born on August 16, 1944 in Chicago, IL. Joel was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran. Joel is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Janet A. Laux; children, Leah (Joe) Chlipala, Laurel (Don) Packard, Christopher (Tabitha) Laux and Margaret Laux; as well as eight grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
