Joanne Marie “Jodi” Marie Honderd, age 76, recently of Greenville, Michigan, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, under the loving care of her family and Corewell Health Hospice.

The daughter of Howard James & Evelyn Jane (West) Timmer, Joanne was born on February 3, 1950, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She worked for many years as a sales representative and district manager for the Van Heusen men’s apparel brand.

Jodi loved and treasured the time she spent with her family, but most importantly, she loved her Lord and personal Savior. She was absolutely giddy at the thought of being with Him!

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Roger Honderd; and her sister, Barb Honderd.

Joanne is survived by her children, Scott & Penny Beeman, Valerie & Joe Mejia, and Matthew & Hope Beeman; her former husband, the father of her children, and devoted caregiver during her final illness, Bernard “Bernie” Beeman; ten grandchildren, Ashley, Stephanie, Isaac, Heather, Daniel, Justin, Jessica, Kristen, Faith, and Sam; several great-grandchildren; her sisters, Jackie and Jeri; and many nieces and nephews.

Honoring Jodi’s wishes, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Corewell Health Hospice in Jodi’s memory.
