Joan Kersey

Joan A. Kersey, age 71, of Beaverton, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday December 24, 2010 following brief illness. She was born in Taylor on November 2, 1939 to the late Raul & Irene (Boyer) Mailloux. Joan worked as a physical therapist assistant in California before coming to Beaverton. She is survived by a son, Matthew & Lynda Kersey, two daughters, Jennie & James Mellon and Jerri Ann Kersey; five grandchildren; two sisters, Kay Lohner and Janet Sherburne; and a special friend, Linda Miller. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael; and a sister, Ilene Bradford. Honoring her wishes, no services will be held and cremation has taken place.
