Jim Zukowski

Jim Alan Zukowski, age 52, of Grand Rapids, passed away Thursday, December 16, 2010 at his home. The son of Frank James & Violet May (Brown) Zukowski, he was born on August 27, 1958 in Grand Rapids. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Jim worked as a plumber. He was preceded in death bu his parents. Survivors include a sister, Vickie McCune; a brother, Tom Wade Zukowski; a half-brother, Bobby DeBoer; and two half-sisters, Sherrie Drummond and Penny Welch. Burial, with full military honors, will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta. Arrangements were entrusted to the Michigan Cremation Company, honored providers of Veterans Funeral Care.
