Jerrie Levering

Jerrie Lynn (McCartney) Levering, passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at the age of 71. Jerrie was born August 15, 1949, to Arthur and Patricia (Johnston) McCartney. Jerrie was preceded in death by her father, Arthur; mother, Patricia; two brothers, Richard McCartney and Loren Challendar; and sister, Beni Stair. She is survived by her son, Jim (Marci) Levering of Lake Odessa and her daughter, Nikki (John) Levering of Ionia; four grandsons, Tyler (Tink) Levering, Ryan Levering, Machally Schafer, and JC Schafer; two sisters, Keri (McCartney) Hayes and Penny Challendar. Jerrie was surrounded by family in her final hours. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A celebration of life luncheon will be held in memory of Jerrie on Sunday, November 1, 2020, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at The Loft, 1037 4th Ave., Lake Odessa, MI 48849. In lieu of flowers the family would encouraged a special donation to your local hospice in Jerrie's memory.
