Jennifer Adams

Mrs. Jennifer Elizabeth Adams, age 39, of Greenville, passed away Sunday evening, Sept. 19, 2010 at her home under the loving care of her family and Faith Hospice after a two-year battle with Multiple Myeloma. The daughter of John & Linda (Bean) Cooper, she was born on July 22, 1971 in Belding and was a 1989 graduate of Greenville High School. On April 22, 1990, in Belding, she married her high school sweetheart, Robert J. Adams, and together they enjoyed 20 years of marriage and raised three daughters. A devoted wife and mother, Jenny enjoyed camping, antiques, and interior decorating, but found her greatest joy in spending time with her family. She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Greenville where she worked as a teachers aide in the churchs pre-school, as well as supporting her husband in his business, Mobile Audio Design. Surviving are her husband, Bob Adams of Greenville; their daughters, Taryn, Phaedra, and Hannah Adams, all at home; her parents, John & Linda Cooper of Greenville; a sister, Kimberley & Jeff Alexander of Howard City; a brother, John Bugs Cooper of Walker; her maternal grandmother, Yvonne Bean of Morley; her parents-in-law, Stanley & Rosie Adams of Greenville; and a brother-in-law, Walter & Kristy Adams of Aurora, Colorado. Also surviving are her aunts and uncles, Beth & Ken Taylor, Dennis Cooper, Joe & Sue Cooper, Kay Jeppeson, Kent & Maria Cooper, Carmen & Sue Bean, Jerry & Shelly Bean, and Danny Bean; five nephews and a niece, Zachary, Hunter, and Nathan Alexander, Grayson Cooper, and Kaylee and Cameron Adams; and many cousins and dear friends. Visitation is Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Christiansen Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 511 S. Franklin Street, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the First Congregational Church, 126 E. Cass at Clay Street, downtown Greenville, with the Rev. Joel Heron officiating.
