Jeffrey E. Barnaby

Jeffrey Elliot Barnaby born May 1st, 1962, passed away on April 9th, 2026, at the age of 63. He is survived by his daughters TeEra Briggs and Rebecca Whitcomb and granddaughters Jaeana James, Sophia Lickert, River Whitcomb, Luna Whitcomb and one grandson (Whitcomb) to be born in October. He is also survived by brothers Eric Barnaby, David Barnaby and William Barnaby. Jeff was proceeded in death by his Father James Barnaby and Mother Judith Barnaby. Jeff graduated from Lansing Everett High School in 1980. He went into the Army Reserve in 1982 in Fort Lenardwood in Missouri. Jeff enjoyed golfing and fishing in his free time and showing his daughters the importance of movies like Star Wars. He loved science fiction like Dune and Star Trek. An easy-going man who loved the simple things in life. A memorial for Jeff will be held by his family on May 16th in Lansing, MI. To quote from one of his favorite films, a fond memory he shared with his children...
