Jean Malamis

Jean (John) Malamis, age 61, of Jenison, passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at home surrounded by his family. He was born on January 6, 1961, in Athens, Greece, to Andrew & Vicki Malamis. John married Deborah Kay Crandell on Oct. 16, 1982. He worked as a Real Estate Associate Broker for Success Realty WM. John enjoyed riding motorcycles, playing pool, and martial arts. He was a member of National Association of Realtors and a Mason. Survivors include his wife, Deb Malamis; children, Jami Prucnal and James Prucnal; grandchildren, Sophie Prucnal, Mason Prucnal, Grace Griffin and Faith Griffin; siblings, Basile Malamis and Adam Malamis. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 325 Four Mile Road NE Grand Rapids.
