Jean Evans

Jean Marie Evans, age 82 , of Grand Rapids, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. She was born on November 14, 1942, in Grand Rapids. Jean worked at Steelcase in the Wood Division. She enjoyed hosting family gatherings especially holidays, family vacations, volunteering for cancer awareness, and donating her time, compassion for Jesus Christ, wisdom and love to all around her. She was a member of Holy Sprit Catholic Church Survivors include her twin sons, Douglas and David. She is preceded in death by her second husband, Russell K Evans. Jean's first husband John M Saunders passed away when the twins were only 4 years old. A celebration of life gathering will be held Saturday March 15, 2025 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at the Moose Lodge in Sparta Michigan.
