Jay D. Francisco, age 70, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Spectrum Health Nursing & Rehab. The son of Basil & Margaret (Reinink) Francisco, he was born on January 9, 1944 in Grand Rapids. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
