Jason Robert May

Jason Robert May, age 75, of Wyoming, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 19, 2025.

He was born June 18, 1950, in Omer, Michigan, to the late Vernon and Dorothy (Hoover) May.

Jason graduated from Arenac Eastern High School with the class of 1968. He married his wife, Cindy Lou May, on May 20, 1978, in Wyoming, Michigan.

Jason spent most of his working life as a truck driver and took great pride in providing for his family. In Jason’s spare time, he enjoyed playing card games, watching westerns, taking Cindy out for dinner, and meeting friends for coffee. He also loved spending time with his granddogs, Lucky and Oliver.

Jason was preceded in death by Cindy, his wife of 46 years, who passed away just seven months prior; by his parents; and by his brother Randy May.

Survivors include their daughter, Angela (Craig) Cullin; siblings, Ken (Deb) May, Bill (Liz) May, and Linda (Ron) Deluca; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.

Per Jason’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and no formal services will be held. His final resting place will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
