It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, son, father, grandfather, uncle, and great-uncle, Jason Paul Mannon, who left us on May 28, 2026, at the age of 49 in Allegan, Michigan. Born on April 10, 1977, in Allegan, Michigan, Jason spent his life in the community he called home.
Jason was a man who embraced life with a joyful spirit and a motto to "laugh, joke, and play." He found happiness in simple pleasures and cherished moments spent with loved ones. Whether it was golfing on a sunny day, bowling with friends, or enjoying the thrill of a casino visit, Jason lived life to the fullest. Camping at Michigan International Speedway held a special place in his heart; it was one of his favorite pastimes. He also loved "toodling," taking leisurely drives along back roads to soak in the beauty of his surroundings.
Jason's family meant everything to him. He is survived by his loving wife Angelia Mannon; parents, Henry and Robin Mannon; his siblings Susan (Jeff) Thompson, Nikki (Scott) Paliga, Tammy Burgoyne, and Keith (Casey) Mannon; step-children Lisha Herbert and Isiah (Avery) Herbert; and his cherished granddaughter Brooklyn. Jason also leaves behind many nieces and nephews as well as numerous great-nieces and great-nephews who will forever hold him close in their hearts. He is also survived by life long friends, Brian and Kristy Mead. He was preceded in death by his step-daughter Kelsey Herbert.
Jason's warmth and humor touched everyone who knew him. His ability to bring laughter into any room will be remembered fondly by all whose lives he graced. His legacy of joy and love will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to share in his journey.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all the friends and relatives who have offered their love, support, and assistance during this difficult time.
May Jason’s memory bring comfort to those who knew him and serve as a reminder of the importance of living life with laughter and love.
