Janet Degarmo

Janet Kay DeGarmo, age 70, of West Olive, passed away on September 13, 2011 at her home, under the loving care of her husband and children. The daughter of William & Emma (Zimmerman) Berg, she was born in Grand Haven on January 24, 1941. Following her high school, she married and then dedicated her life to her family. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are husband; Bruce DeGarmo; their children, William DeGarmo, Bruce DeGarmo, Clayton (Deborah) DeGarmo, Timothy (Sara) DeGarmo, and Kristylnn DeGarmo; a brother; Roger Arend; sixteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements were entrusted to the Michigan Cremation Company, Grand Rapids.
