James Hartman

James Frank Hartman, 81, of Comstock Park passed away on November 05, 2019 at Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods under the loving care of his family. The son of Earl Alexander & Doris (Sironen) Hartman, he was born on September 17, 1938 in, Grand Rapids. He was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Charlotte Hartman; sisters, Nancy Wacker, and Mary Jo Adams. Surviving are his daughter, Rosemarie & George Hatridge; grandsons, Jim & Rachele Laperna, and Brett & Jaclynn Taylor; great-grandchildren, Carly, Andrew, Keira, and Kyle; twin brother, Jack Hartman, sister, Patricia Hartman Curry, brother, David & Gertie Hartman, and Fred Hartman; many nieces & nephews; and his loving canine companions, Charlie and Bella. Visitation with the family is from 11- 12 a.m. on Monday, November 11, 2019 at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care where memorial services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. Committal services will take place at a later date at Fort Custer National Cemetery with military honors. Instead of flowers, Jim would have appreciated contributions in his memory to Faith Hospice at Trillium Woods.
