James Hall

James Lee Hall, age 59, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at home surrounded by family. The son of Ronald Junior & Betty Joyce (Nederveld) Hall, he was born on December 15, 1958 in Jackson. He is preceded in passing by his parents. James is survived by his wife, Ann Hall; daughters, Alaree Hall, and Bethany Hall; brother, Kenneth (Carrie) Hall; as well as various cousins. James worked at the Kent Transition Center over the past 14 years as an education specialist. He loved working with the kids, and was very passionate about finding innovative ways to help students learn the material. When James wasn't teaching his students, he enjoyed listening to a good book on tape. A private family burial will take place at Kent Memorial Gardens at a later date. Honoring his wishes cremation will take place.
