James Foreman

James "Jim" Warren Foreman, age 65, of Wyoming, passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2015 at his home. The son of Warren & Violet (Oros) Foreman, he was born on August 29, 1949 in Grand Rapids. Jim worked for 23 years for CSX Railroad as a Machinist. In his spare time he loved to spend time with his family and travel. He also had a passion for repairing and building anything he could. He was lovingly known as "Mr. Fixit". Jim enjoyed putting puzzles together, and also woodworking. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 46 years, Karon; children, Tim (Tonya) Foreman, Todd Foreman, and Kristine (James) Kuehl; sister, Cherrie (Mike) Dressler, and brother, William Foster. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 15, 2015 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Ave. S.E., Grand Rapids, MI 49548 (located one block west of Eastern off 36th St.) Funeral Service at 10 a.m., with Pastor Greg Brower officiating. Burial will follow at Ft. Custer National Cemetery at 1:30 pm. Contributions may be made to the family to help cover funeral expenses. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
