Jacqueline Wells

With loving family by her side, Jacqueline Mae (Wright) Wells of Wyoming, Michigan passed away on Sunday March 17, 2013, at Spectrum Hospital in Grand Rapids at the age of 61. She was born in Battle Creek and graduated from Lakeview High School in 1970. She recently completed a degree in Medical Assisting at Everest Institute in Grand Rapids. She was a long time member of Kentwood Community Church. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Lucille Wright, and is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Leighia Wells; two grandsons, Logan and Lucas Wells; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Tom Wawzysko of Battle Creek and sister and brother-in-law Marybeth and Bill Styer of Fort Myers, Florida; a nephew, Justin Styer and a niece, Marcie Tidd and her husband Brian Tidd. Jackie loved to serve at her church and do counted-cross stitching projects. She also volunteered her time at a local animal shelter. Visitation with the family will be held at Kentwood Community Church, 1200 60th St S.E. in Kentwood on March 21 at 5:00pm. The memorial service will follow the visitation at 6:00pm. Jackie will be laid to rest next to her mother and father at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens in Battle Creek. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to Kentwood Community Church.
