Jacqueline (Jackie) Ann Bigelow (Peters), mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2023. Born on September 9, 1939, Jacqueline lived a full and quiet life in and around Grand Rapids Michigan. Preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Bigelow; sister, Ellen Vanwagoner; father, Donald Peters; mother, June Eklund; and daughters, Cathy Bigelow Skidmore and Carol Bigelow. Jacqueline faced these losses with grace and strength. Jackie is survived by her three sons, Michael (Lorraine) Bigelow, Gary Bigelow, and Gene Bigelow, who will cherish her memory. She also leaves behind her daughter, Michele Bigelow, who will remember the laughter and good times growing up. Jackie's three brothers, William (Linda) Peters, Patrick Peters, and Steve Eklund will carry her memory and honor her life as they reminisce about the many memories they made together. Jackie had a love for wordsearch, crossword puzzles, and country music. In addition she was an avid Detroit Tigers fan. She would often keep statistics as they played, showcasing her enthusiasm for baseball. Jackie's passion for these pastimes brought joy to her life and will be fondly remembered by those who knew her. Jackie will be dearly missed, and her impact on the lives of her loved ones will never be forgotten. Private services will be held at Michigan Cremation and Funeral Care followed by burial at Blythefield Memory Gardens.
