Jackson Tripp Southern, 16, was a fun-loving, adventure-loving, and caring young man who brought his own special energy into the lives of those around him.
Jackson had a sensitive and caring heart and loved his family deeply. He was stubborn when he had his mind made up, and just mischievous enough to keep everyone on their toes. His playful spirit and love of adventure made him someone who could turn an ordinary day into a memory.
Jackson loved being outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. He enjoyed being outside, exploring, and making memories with the people he loved. More than anything, Jackson loved his family, and the time spent together will forever be some of the most treasured memories he leaves behind.
Jackson will be deeply missed by his parents, Mike and Cindy; his siblings, Lucas, Elliot, Travis and Autumn; his uncle, Dave; his cousins, Dallas and Sophie; and his grandparents, Dave, Dawn, and JoAnn.
Although Jackson's life was far too short, the love, laughter, adventures, and memories he gave his family will live on. His family will remember him in the places he loved most—in the outdoors, on the water, during hunting seasons, and in all the moments when they find themselves wishing he were there.
Jackson was deeply loved, and he will forever be a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend.
His sixteen years may have been far too few, but the mark he left on the people who loved him will last a lifetime.
