Jack Johansen

Jack J. Johansen, age 64, of Wayne, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2018 at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans. The son of Edna LaDuke, he was born on July 7, 1954 in Corvallis, Oregon. Jack proudly served his country with the United States Air Force. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
