Inez Dolliver

Inez C. Dolliver, 98, much loved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away Monday, Oct. 22, 2007. She was born Feb. 17, 1909, in Springfield, Ill. She moved to California in 1961. She grew to love the desert and through the years made many friends in Yucca Valley as a member of St. Mary's Church, Catholic Daughters of America and the Elks and Yucca Valley Emblem Club for more than 35 years. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Herman A. Poggenpohl in 1963 and Ray A. Dolliver in 1986; daughter, Theresa Kerley in 1992; and two infant grandchildren. She is survived are her daughters, Joan and Richard Kirchhoff of Grand Rapids, Joyce and Edward Finch of Greenville; son-in-law, James Kerley of Williamston; 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place and interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Grand Rapids.
