Horacio Mascorro, age 45, of Brownsville, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2020. He was born May 29, 1975, in Elmers, Illinois, to Roberto and Leticia (Casanova) Mascorro. He is survived by his wife Rosalinda Mascorro and their children.
