Harley Howard Blanchard, age 31, of Reed City, passed away at home on Wednesday, March 28, 2012. The son of Catherine Ruth (Grice) & Craig Howard Blanchard, he was born on March 30, 1980 in Reed City. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his mother, Catherine Blanchard of Reed City. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
