Mrs. Hanaye Akiyama Imai, age 82, formerly of Illinois, passed away Saturday evening, Feb. 10, 2007, under the loving care of her family and Hospice at her daughter's home in Ada.
The daughter of Ukio (Matsuo) & K. Akiyama, she was born on June 23, 1924 in Buena Park, California, and had worked as an insurance company intake supervisor.
Honoring her wishes, were body was donated to ScienceCare Anatomical, Denver, Colorado, for the advancement of medical research and education. Arrangements were entrusted to the Brown-Teman & Christiansen Funeral Home, Greenville.
