Halee R. Starnes, age 47, of Grandville, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital. The daughter of Robert & Betty (Hiscock) she was born on August 10, 1967 in Ionia, Michigan. Honoring her wishes, cremation will take place.
