H. Scott Gietzen

Memorial: 1:00 p.m. Wednesday Mr. H. Scott Gietzen, age 59, of Greenville, passed away early Saturday morning, Jan. 20, 2007 at his home under the loving care of his family and Hospice. The son of Howard Joseph & Lois Yvonne (Stone) Gietzen, he was born on Dec. 22, 1947 in Grand Rapids. After graduating from Kentwood High School, Scott pursued additional schooling in mechanics and had worked as a truck driver at Clarion Technologies in Greenville. He enjoyed fishing. Surviving are his wife, Ann Gietzen of Greenville; his mother, Lois Gietzen of Kentwood; three children, Jenny Brezenski and Jeff Brezenski, both of California, and Jr. & Diane Johnston of Crystal; two sisters, Judy Nahs and Linda Papa, both of Kentwood; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
