Gregory “Hucky” Wagner February 21, 1955 – June 8, 2025 With heavy hearts and deep love, we announce the passing of, Gregory “Hucky” Wagner, who left us on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at the age of 70. Born on February 21, 1955, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Greg was a proud Marine, a dedicated worker during his many years at General Motors, and above all, a devoted father, loving grandfather, son, and loyal friend. He lived with quiet strength, humility, and a deep love for his family. Greg is survived by his children, Falisa Mason, Fonda Bryant, Greg Wagner, Chris Wagner and Rachael Bellinger; his longtime partner of 30 years, Patricia Bellinger; and grandchildren who brought so much happiness to his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marjorie and James Wagner. Greg enjoyed the simple things; a good game of dominoes or cards, cooking, a warm laugh with loved ones, and time spent surrounded by family and friends. His gentle presence, quick wit, and unwavering love will be missed more than words can express. Gathering of family and friends will take place on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, from 1:00pm until 2:00pm, at Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, 3627 Linden Avenue SE, Grand Rapids, MI, followed by a memorial service at 2:00pm with Chaplain Roberta Lewis-Barton officiating and Military Honors being rendered by the United States Marine Corps and Kent County Veterans Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Greg’s memory to the Wounded Warrior Project.
