Goria Phelps

Gloria Nancy Phelps, age 74, of Rockford, passed away Friday, February 3, 2012 at Saint Mary's Hospital in Grand Rapids. The daughter of Cardinal & Viola (Smith) Stoddard, she was born on July 8, 1937 in Detroit. Survivors include her husband, Richard A. Phelps of Rockford.
