Gordon Averill

Gordon Michael Averill, age 74, of Muskegon, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2022. He was born April 19, 1948, in Muskegon, to the late, Phillip and Ellen (Hyatt) Averill. Gordon proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam warn and received multiple purple hearts during his time of service. He owned and operated his own landscaping business for many years. Gordon is survived by his three children and their families. A full obituary will be posted as soon as it becomes available. Per his wishes cremation has taken place and his remains will be buried at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
