Glenn Nichols

Glenn Roger Nichols, age 81, of Grandville, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2020. He was born on March 13, 1939, in Kankakee, IL, to the late Glenn A. & Florence (Snow) Nichols. Glenn grew up in Chetek, WI. He married his high school sweetheart, Joan (Gronning) Nichols on December 29, 1957, in Chetek. Together they shared 62 years together. Glenn enjoyed the Gaither Vocal Band music and concerts, football, golf, classic westerns, square dance calling, camping, water sports, the Olympics and talking to his grandchildren. He loved and adored the loves of his life, Joan, his children, his grandchildren and his great grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Joan; children, Richard (Dona) Nichols, Kathy (Kevin) Arends, Steven (Shirley) Nichols, Tamyra (Scott) Baldwin, Christopher (Carrie) Nichols, Michael (Sarah) Nichols; 21 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his children, Penny Ann Nichols and Thomas Glenn Nichols; siblings, John and Lois Nayes, Donald and Donna Nelson. An Outdoor Gathering will be held on Friday, June 26, 2020, Christ Lutheran Church, 2350 44th St SW Wyoming MI 49519. Visitation from 5:00-5:45 and a Memorial Service at 5:45 pm.
