It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Gerri Wallman, born Geraldine Slone, on August 9, 2024. Gerri was born on December 5, 1946, and lived a fulfilling life full of love and happiness. Gerri was a beloved mother, sister, and grandmother. She is survived by her daughters, Leasa Tulgetske (Kris) and Shandi Shepherd (Shilom); son, David Shepherd; brothers, Dallas Slone, Eugene Slone (Mildred), Larry Slone (Peggy), James Slone (Joe), and Mickey Slone; and sister, Oma Wickey. Gerri's legacy also continues through her cherished grandchildren, Chloe and Stephanie Tulgetske, Michael Slyder, Travis Michaelson, Sereniti and Scarlett Johnson, and Stryker Johnson. She is preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Opal Slone, and sister, Allene Hart. Gerri was a beacon of light to all who knew her. Her generous spirit and unwavering optimism will be greatly remembered. Gerri was an extraordinary woman who lived her life with grace, strength, and dignity.
