Gerald Reamsma

Gerald Reamsma, age 91, of Grand Rapids, went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Waldon Woods. The son of Fredrick and Jesse (VanderArk) Reamsma, he was born on July 11, 1923 in Grandville. Surviving are his children, Cindy Reamsma, Sheryl Reamsma and Bill Tripp, and Kenneth and Wanda Reamsma. Funeral Services are at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 10, 2015 in the mausoleum chapel at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Patterson Avenue at 28th Street, Cascade Township. A committal service will immediately follow with funeral honors rendered by the Kent County Honor Guard. Memorial Contributions may be made in Gerald's remembrance to Heartland Hospice. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
