Gerald Koeppen

Gerald Dale Koeppen, age 80, of Farwell, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Tuesday May 19, 2020. He was born November 17, 1939, in St. Johns, Michigan to the late Louis and Clara (Walz) Koeppen. While raising his children, Gerald was a crop farmer and also raised some livestock. After retiring from farm life he drove truck, transporting travel trailers all over the country. Survivors include his son, Ron; daughter, Debra (Patrick) Beck; two grandchildren, Patrick (Leigh) Chick and Deborah Beck; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Colter, and Ember Chick; sister, Cheryl; and several nieces and nephews. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers. Per Gerald's wishes cremation has taken place and a private funeral will be held at a later date. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Gerald's nephew, Chuck for helping during this difficult time.
