Gerald William Hadrich Jr. "Charlie Brown", age 51, of Coral MI, passed away on July 13, 2021. He was born in Lakeview on May 25, 1970 to Gerald Sr. and Judith Hadrich. He is survived by his mother, Judith Hadrich; siblings, Eva Miller, Sheri Foote, Virginia Hadrich, Alfie "Alfred" Hadrich; 6 nephews; 7 nieces; and 1 great- niece. He is preceded in death by his father, Gerald W. Hadrich Sr.; grand parents, Victor and Evabelle Jones, Alfred and Wilma Hadrich; brothers- in- law, Dan Miller, Ray Foote; and aunts, Judy Ann (Hadrich) Matzen, and Joyce (Jones) Thatcher.
As a young boy, Gerald enjoyed riding horses with his uncle Carl. He would often ride JB, the family horse, all over the farm. From then on Gerald became an animal lover. He loved all sorts of animals, at one point he had a pet raccoon named Snoopy that would travel everywhere with him, and a pet ferret that he was so generous to give to his cousin's wife because she fell in love with it. As kids, Gerald and his siblings had lots of fun together. Every winter they would go to Fender's Hill to sled down the huge hill. Like typical kids, they would wait until they were almost frostbitten to go home because they were having too much fun. In Gerald's later years he developed a passion for traveling, it was in his blood. He and his motor home would travel all over the U.S. Although he was a free spirit and loved sightseeing, he would always go back home to Coral, MI to visit family and friends. He enjoyed the freedom to come and go as he pleased.
Many thanks to Ted and Caroline Rizor for the many years of friendship they showed to Gerald (Charlie), again thank you
- Judith Hadrich
