Gale F. Payne, age 73, of Woodland, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Eaton Community Palliative Care surrounded by family. The son of Howard & Lorranie (True) Payne, he was born on September 11, 1943 in Muncle, IN. Honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
