Fredrick Thorne

Fredrick Kenneth Thorne, age 77, of Sparta, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017 at home surrounded by family. The son of Kenneth & Margarie (Forner) Thorne, he was born on December 21, 1939 in Sparta. Fredrick proudly served his county in the United States Marines. A memorial celebrating Fredrick's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 22nd at Mamrelund Lutheran Church, 4085 Lutheran Church Rd. NW, Kent City, Michigan. Rev. Dr. Mattews Deames will be officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Michigan Cremation & Funeral Care, Grand Rapids.
